Canceled before trial date ends, where is my refund?

I got charged aswell and i cancelled my trial before date ended. Go into manage accounts and its saying suspended billing issue. But theyve taken money 38.06 out of my account.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
