Question

Canceled free trial same day, still charged

I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat in June but canceled the free within minutes. I was still charged for June and July. I logged in today and canceled the plan again, but I want a full refund for June and July because I should never have been charged. I see I'm not the only person complaining of being scammed like this.

You need to get in touch with Adobe’s customer support to resolve issues like this. Most people here are just users of Adobe’s technology, and we don’t have access to e.g. Adobe’s billing system.

Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, S23.

I apologize for any difficulties you have encountered in canceling your new subscriptions, and I am sorry you did not find more value in our services.

I can confirm that you only completed the self-cancel process for one of your subscriptions. The process was incomplete for Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus. This often occurs when you exit https://adobe.ly/4w9iKQx before completing any requested actions.

Please click on https://adobe.ly/3T20Xw6 to speak with a member of our team who can help you end your remaining subscriptions and request a refund. I don't see any records of any previous attempts to reach us, S23, so use a different device to contact us at https://adobe.ly/3T20Xw6 if you are unable to reach anyone.

For more information about the cancellation and refund process, see https://adobe.ly/44JgpQe. Any refunds issued will take up to 14 days.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, S23. ^JW
