Canceled my free trial around 3 weeks ago and just got charged $30 to my card.

Canceled my free trial 3 weeks ago and just got charged $30 to my card. Tried calling customer support and it kept hanging up on me. My account says I am signed up for adobe stock which I cancelled and have an email saying I did.

    Could you confirm when did you cancel the subscription? We’ll look into the details.

      If you cancelled Stock, there should be a CASE # for it in your support history panel.
