Briana, I am sorry you did not find value in your recent subscription. I can confirm you completed the cancellation process successfully. Refunds are only offered for the first 14 days, you will still retain access to the premium features of Acrobat for the remainder of the month. ^JW
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
