Canceled subscription

I canceled my free trial for Adobe pro and even received the confirmation email. It turned out a part of the plan is still active and tried to debit. I tried reaching out to support but the AI bot could not help. Can you please assist, I don't even use this plan/app.

    We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account info and found that you have an pending dues on your subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat since 4 days. The good news is that you can cancel the subscription within first 14 days of purchase and get full refund. 
    I’d advice you to clear the pending dues and then cancel the plan. One you cancel the plan and receive a confirmation email, Adobe will initiate an automatic refund which will be processed within 12-14 days.

    cancel everything in your account if you want no adobe subscriptions
