Canceled Subscription
I was subscribed to the Creative Cloud all apps subscription and have had it for about a year and then after my first year was up I was charged the original price which came out to be $56.57. I can't afford that price so I canceled it on the exact day that I was charged that amount which was April 17th, 2020 and it let me know that I would receive a refund but I have not yet. I contacted them through the chat on the Adobe website and they said that they didn't see any recent transactions or cancellations on my account even though it clearly shows on my end and on my bank account. They suggested to me that if I didn't recognize the transaction then to raise a dispute with my bank, however, I do recognize it and it is from adobe. I have the order number/receipt on my account showing what was charged and they still say that it doesn't show on my account for them.
