canceled subscription after 6 days on free trial and i still get charged

I canceled the subscription before reaching 7 days of free trial and i still get emails from adobe trying to charge me. I havent used any of the apps after i cancelled and i look up the page to see whats happening and it says i have an active plan, which i had already "succesfully" cancelled but for some reason its now active. Thankfully, they havent succesfully charged me any money because i dont have enough money on my bank account.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
