Por um engano, acabei renovando a assinatura anual que antes era de R$86,00 e ao renovar foi cobrado o mesmo valor do Adobe Stock, R$124,00. Ao solicitar o cancelamento, antes dos 14 dias me cobraram o valor da multa. Acredito que não deveria pagar a multa, por estar dentro do prazo, alguem poderia me ajudar?
