Cancelei o plano em período experimental e foi cobrado

Boa tarde.

Aderi ao plano experimental do Creative Cloud no inicio de agosto e cancelei o plano antes da cobrança. Desvinculei o meu cartão bancario da minha conta, e mesmo assim o dinheiro foi retirado da mesma  e agora nao tenho nenhuma fatura na minha conta que me permita pedir a devolução do dinheiro. Preciso de ajuda a ter o meu dinheiro de volta.

you need to cancel during your 1 week trial or, at least, within 1 week of the trial ending in order to qualify for a refund.  you can clarify that with adobe support and make your case.

 

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
