Cancelei o plano por engano e quero reativar ele

PT BR:Eu cancelei a assinatura do plano Creative Cloud Pro para estudantes por engano e quero reativar ela, tentei entrar em contato com o suporte e sempre falam que não tem nenhum Agente disponível no horário. Por favor alguém me ajude. EN:I accidentally canceled my Creative Cloud Pro for Students subscription and want to reactivate it. I've tried contacting support and they keep saying there's no agent available at that time. Please help me.
