Canceling and RePurchasing a Plan

Hello guys,

I've been using complete creative cloud apps membership for some time. I just saw an ad stating the November discounts and realized that I am paying more. I tried to purchase but it is not allowed. So I'm thinking to cancel my plan and purchase the same with the discount rate. Is it allowed, can I do that? Or is there any other method to get the better rate somehow?,

ie, read the fine print.  if you're still uncertain, you can contact adobe support and confirm you're not eligible.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

As I understand you wish to purchase a discounted plan after cancelling the current Creative cloud all apps subscription. We would like to inform you that the discounts are for new users and not existing users.
