Question

Canceling before 14 days

If I've subscribed in the past and want to re-subscribe, I know I will not be eligible for the free trial, but will I still have the option of canceling it within 14 days and receiving a full refund?  Or does that only apply to NEW customers?

Hi @Pineappleparty,

Interesting question!

This option is available only with the free trial. Sometimes, the users forget to cancel the subscription within 7 days. This option is provided to give them a window of 7 more days to proceed with cancellation and get the full refund.

I hope it answers your questions. 🙂

Thanks,

Shivangi

good question.  i don't recall encountering that exact issue in the past.

i recommend you contact adobe support and ask. rhen update this with that info to educate me (and maybe others).

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative..
