canceling issue
I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. A month ago, I received a promotional code that granted me a one-month free trial of Adobe Creative Cloud. However, upon reviewing my recent emails, I discovered a problem with my billing. It appears that the free trial has ended, and I have been charged $70 CAD for a full month of service.
I must clarify that I intended to cancel the subscription before being charged, as I did not wish to continue using the service. However, when I attempted to cancel, I encountered an obstacle. The cancellation process required me to "provide a valid payment method," which led me to enter my banking information through PayPal. Immediately after entering the details, I was billed for a full month of Adobe Creative Cloud, which was not my intention.
Upon realizing the charge, I promptly navigated to the cancellation tab in an attempt to request a refund since I did not want to proceed with the subscription. To my surprise, the cancellation process displayed a fee of $360 for cancellation, which I cannot afford at the moment. I am unable to pay such a substantial amount, especially considering I did not intend to continue using the service.
can i be refund, i cant find any help and assistance to my problem
