cancellaing the adobe for enterprise account i created even though it says i dont have administration access
Hi! I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to cancel an Adobe free trial before I’m charged.
I previously had access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite through school while I was a student. That access has since ended. I was trying to make sure I could access/back up some of my files, so I created an account/profile and started a free trial for an Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise/Teams annual plan. I personally started the trial and entered my own payment information.
The problem is that I cannot find any way to cancel it. When I go through my Adobe account, there is no option to cancel the plan. When I try to access the Adobe Admin Console, it says that I do not have access and that I need to contact my administrator.
I’m confused because I am the person who started this new trial and entered the payment information, so I don't know who the "administrator" would be. I’ve also tried going through Adobe Support, but it continues to direct me to contact my administrator, so I seem to be stuck in a loop with no way to actually contact support or cancel the trial.
Is there another way to contact Adobe Customer Care or have this trial canceled when I don’t have access to the Admin Console? I just want to make sure the trial is canceled before it converts to the paid annual subscription.
Any help with who I should contact or how to get around the administrator requirement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
