I was charged Adobe premium after 7-day trial automatically. I have cancelled the premium subscription within 14 days. Why I have not received any cancellation email and refund? Please check and clarify

    it takes up to 14 days to receive a refund.

     

    meanwhile, check your account to make sure everything you want to cancel is cancelled, https://account.adobe.com
