Hi, I would like to resubscribe Adobe, because I don't use it, I wanted to use an application only until trial period expires, I mean 7 days. I tried to resubscribe it while I had only trial free period but I had huge problems with it, I couldn't cancel my chosen plan. And now, I again tried to resubscribe and for that reason, Adobe service will bill me, costs for earlier cancellation are almost 102 euros its so huge amount! It's 50 percent per all costs. My plan is paying monthly 18,44 euros for all year. But I beg you to cancel my plan without so huge bills, I started free trial 18 of March and payed one time. I don't have so much many to pay every month 18,44 euros or 102 euros for earlier cancellation at once. Please can I terminate the agreement without any addition costs and bills? I beg you to help me, I don't have money, I don't use Adobe at all, I'm usual Ukrainian student in Poland. Unfortunately, I don't get your service because I couldn't cancel chosen plan earlier I mean period 14 days after purchase. This option was blocked, like purchase was hidden.
