Cancellation

I was trying to cancel my subscription and getting touch with the support. this support person just left from the conversation without noticing and without helping me and I cannot even start a new conversation. here is snapshot of our conversation.  I nevr had that kind of bad experience in my life ever. Thi is why iam canceling my subscription.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
