HI!

I would like to cancel my plan, but Adobe wants to charge me $130?ish for it. Is there some way to decrease or to avoid this fee?

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
