I have been trying to cancel this account for the last 6 months ( and i have reciepts) If i am not put on hold for over 45 mins than I am transferred to some one who doesnt speak english. This adobe is ran by greedy people who are trying to hold your $19.99 hostage

  • PLEASE PLEASE ALLOW  ME OUT OF THIS
  • I HAVE NOT USED ADOBE IN OVER A YEAR
  • I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO PAY ADOBE $19.99
  • FIX YOUR CHAT BOX !
  • PRODUCE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER FOR ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMERS
  • STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND , HOLD TIME OF 30 MINS , THEN YOU ARE TRANSFERED TO NO ONE
  • IF I CAN NOT PAY $19.99 A MONTH, HOW CAN PAY $19.99 **PLUS** AN ADDITIONAL $19.99 TO CANCEL

Hi @cynthia34849591fq2d,

We understand that the process was not all sunshine and rainbows for you. We apologize again for the experience.

To add to the earlier suggestions, the only way to get the plan cancelled and talk about refund is through Adobe support so don't stop untill you get a resolution. Waiting for a resolution by posting on a public forum like this would only make you lose more money.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
