Cancellation

Hi, I proceeded with an Illustrator free trial but I wouldn't say I liked it. However, I forgot to cancel the trial. So, when I realized, it was too late now, I could not manage my plan to cancel because it said I had a billing issue and updated my payment first. The question is "Should I leave it behind because the card I linked to has no money inside? (which I think it not a smart move though) Or should I pay it first and then cancel it?

Please help me, I'm so stressed right now.

Hi @it me37894595dcs9,

I can see that you cancelled your subscription for Adobe Illustrator. Let us know if you still have any questions.

Best,

contact adobe support. they may be sympathetic and allow you to cancel without messing up your credit for 7 years.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
