Hey, so i wanted to cancel my plan but the cancellation fee is too high. I'm a broke college student whom is also paying for hospital bills. Anyone know how i can get a free full refund ? 😭🙏

hi, it kind of helped. i just can't afford it at all, the card will decline next time and i haven't used it at all this month. it's also a stolen card so im trying to cancel it 😭

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

You will have to wait for an Adobe employee to respond with a link to Adobe support so that you can plead your case.

The trial is 7 days and you may cancel with no fee up to 14 days from your start date

 

When you cancel after 14 days you pay 1/2 of the remaining time

 

That is what you agreed to when you started your subscription, so I don't think even an Adobe employee can help
