Hi it wont let me cancel my subscription and keeps telling me i have to pay for it but i have tried to cancel it

Nia, I am sorry, but a refund is only available for the first 14 days of a subscription. Please see https://adobe.ly/3RLGGH7 for a timeline of when a refund is available. ^JW

I accidentally subscribed to it I didnt mean to and then i found out i did when i got the notification i dont know what to do as i dont use the app so I dont want to pay for something that im not using

Once you have paid for the services rendered, you will then be able to complete the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/3Z2Lb43 to cancel the subscription. ^JW
