Cancellation AI Assistant
Hi all,
I cannot cancel the subscription I accidentally made to the wrong product as you can see below.
AI Assistant was purchased today (10/08/25) < Australian time.

For some reason it's instantly saying I have 0 days remaining. It works fine up until I need to provide 1 reason for cancelling the subscription.
Then it keeps erroring out. Been like this since the purchase happened approximately 2 hours ago.

Tried both on Mobile Data, then on my Computer internet.
What's hilarious is the responsiveness of the process leading up to clicking 'Continue' when ticking one of the boxes. Everything is fast and smooth, then suddenly, the website crashes. Now I'm reading into allegedly Adobe is notorious for not allowing cancellations.
Is this true? Or will you come to save the day and fix this by ending my subscription. I guess time will tell whether I re-subscribe to the actual service I ended to do or if I need to go to my bank and block any attempts of you withdrawing via my Paypal.
