Hi,

I only needed to use adobe for one day so did the trial but now it's saying I am signed up for the annual program and it's charging me 30 a month and won't let me cancel unless I pay a large amount.

can you please help me get the charges refunded and it cancelled?

Hi @Amy33087586eej7,

We appreciate you contacting us. We checked and found that you have Adobe's subscription from last 3 months. The free trial lasts for 7 days. In case you forget to cancel the trial, you are entitled to get the refund within next 7days.

You can get more info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Shivangi

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

you can cancel with penalty which is 1/2 the cost of the remaining subscription (or ~4 months).  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
