Cancellation charges

the cancellation charges Adobe is asking is enourmous, i had purchased their Illustrator, barely used it for like 6-7 days and now they are asking for more that 4000 rupees along with the that months charges to cancel, i don't have any proplem in paying the months charges, but this cancellation fees is more than the service i have used. i feel soo cheated. someone please help. i don't have a job and i can't pay for this.

the early cancellation charge = 1/2 of what you owe.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
