Cancellation confirmed but no option to request refund?

I followed the steps to cancel my subscription after my annual plan automatically renewed today. I am within the 14-day full refund window, but I have not been given the option to get my refund, as my account is showing my subscription expiry as 11 July 2027. I cannot find another way to contact you as the phone lines keep cutting me off.

I am requesting a full refund within my 14-day cancellation window under UK consumer rights. Please can you confirm this is being processed?

again, you need not request a refund.  it’s automatic.

but you should confirm you cancelled everything you wanted to cancel, https://account.adobe.com

If you’re eligible for a refund, it’s automatically sent within 14 days of cancellation.

Nothing more is required.

Hope that helps.

Thank you all for the replies. Apologies, I know this is not Adobe support, but I was not getting through on the phone and no webchat options were showing up for me. Appreciate your help, I think it is now being sorted out.

p.s refunds are automatic (if you qualify for a refund).  they need not be requested.

If properly cancelled, refunds are issued within 14 days.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... other users can't help
This is the CORRECT way to contact support

- and enter AGENT in the box asking How can we help you?

Thank you for the chat link, it wasn’t coming up anywhere on the site when I was searching for a way to contact support.
