Cancellation didn't work! Want to request a refund

I have had a 2-week Adobe Pro trial and I forgot to cancel my subscription on time. I logged in and saw the info that I can still cancel and get a refund of my last payment. I did this and thought the matter is solved. I didn't receive any refund though. Today I logged in to discover I am now on a yearly plan that I can't cancel without having to pay a huge cancellation fee. I don't want to pay it, it wasn't my fault that the plan didn't get cancelled in the end, I'd like to request a refund. How do I do that?

and for others, always check your account to confirm any changes you (think) you made to your account, https://account.adobe.com

Hi @joanna_2885,

I can see that you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days. Since your plan is more than 2 weeks old, it is ineligible for refund. Please refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/450sCAH

I hope it helps.

The thing is I tried to cancel it on time, I am pretty sure I did it and even got an information that I will get a refund for the rest of the month, that I won't use it anymore. I have no clue why it didn't work! This is my reason for refund. Probably you can try to check what happened and why the cancellation didn't come through on time?

Not to mention that your whole communication and a cancellation fee in case of a monthly fee is very uncommon and not a good practice. I've actually seen something like that for the very first time.
