Cancellation effective or not?

Hi,

just two short questions to be sure. Some days ago, I tried Audition and Premiere Pro, decided no, de-installed and cancelled the contracts.

But for both cancellations I got no confirmation emails (neither in the spam). Now, In my account the "abo" site says "no fee-paying subscription existent". As the 7 trial days are not yet over, I am not sure if that means "actually" or "not at all".

Secondly: "Activated devices (whatever that stands for)": My PC was activated for the trials, as the date shows. Can I deactivate it without problems for my Adobe products which I registered at least 10 before?

your trial is over.  save anything you have that establishes the date your cancelled.

 

there's no reason to deactivate anything.  you're probably going to have enough problems is you had non-subscription adobe programs on your computer at the time of the subscription trial.  ie, test your non-subscription programs to see if their license has been converted to subscription.
