cancellation fee

how do i get rid of this fee? its been over 14 days since i payed for premire proand id like to cancel. it says i need to wait until my renewal date to abvoid this? im not sure when this is? help is appreciated, thanks

    How do you not know when you purchased a subscription?

    If you have an annual plan, then you were given a price discount from the monthly plan and that is why there is a cancellation fee.

    You can try Adobe Customer Service and see if they will make an exception for you:
