cancellation fee after 12 month period

my account subscription is over 12 months old and i'm still being charged a cancellation fee of $150 australian, i will not being paying this fee as i have to cancel because i can't afford the subscription let alone 3 months worth of extra payments. can some one please contact me to rectify this thank you.

You must cancel during your 12th month, before your subscription renews... if you did not cancel, and your subscription automatically renewed, you need to do what LinSims said and ask support to help
