Cancellation Fee on the Day the Subscription Ends!

My yearly plan (paid monthly) is said to renew tomorrow, yet when I try to cancel today, I an threatened with a cancellation penalty for ending my subscription early! So I cannot cancel today, but tomorrow it will renew and then I will be told that I cannot cancel for another year?! Please let me know what to do, this borders on the illegal.

Thanks, I'm not sure what the problem was, but I got help from online support and the matter was resolved.

as long as there's not payment problem outstanding, you be able to cancel (anytime).

 

any payment issues?
