Cancellation fee plan

I’m on Adobe Creative Cloud (annual plan, paid monthly). I missed the 14-day cancellation window because I was in exam season, and I only needed it for school. Has anyone successfully gotten the early cancellation fee waived or reduced in this situation? What worked when you contacted support? HELP because i CANT afford it, im still a high schooler, and my family has financial problems.
