Cancellation fee still apply even within 14 days???

Hi everyone, I am extremely got confused right now. So my bill for Photoshop was charged on 24/9 and it is still exact within 14 days by the time I posted this 8/10, however the system said an early cancellation fee will apply if I do that which costs more than $100 and that's just ridiculous. Can anyone explain why is that or has anyone stucked in a situation like this before? (I have read through their cancellation terms and policy and still don't get it)

For more information, I'm based in New Zealand and my plan is annual, paid monthly

Appreciate all your helps!

Could be as simple as a timezone issue. Might be day 15 in Adobe's system.

Best way to resolve is to contact Adobe. No-one in these forums can help resolve issues relating to cancellation fees.

a forum posting date is irrelevant.  the relevant details are what date did your subscription start and what date did you cancel your subscription.  you can probably see both at your account, https://account.adobe.com

and, if did successfully cancel within the trial period, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
