@Adam26468704f4op, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

to contact adobe when you have no subscription:

you can use phone, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

I'm in the same boat. I signed up for Premiere Pro. But after realizing that it should be a lot better for the price I cancelled it on day 28 (yesterday). Now they've taken €135.24 out of my account! The customer service person who got me to sign up didn't say anything about a cancellation fee. I can't afford to pay that much and would like to speak to an agent about getting reimbursed but don't see a way of speaking to anyone. Argh!!! Any advice?

The terms of a contract are important, you  can't claim that it is fraud when you do not read the terms. Sorry, but I read the terms of a contract, especially the cancellation terms.

And monitoring your activity would go against the privacy terms. We won't like to live in a state of surveillance.

For the rest, I recommend @DeanUtian's excellent counsel. If you want contacting Customer Support via phone, you can do by using one of the numbers on this page:  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.

Well, if you don't read the terms you're agreeing to, can you really say it's "fraud"?

Adobe's Annual plans (and Student plans) are for a 12-month commitment. It's been that way for over 10 years. But here's a guide explaining the process which should help you find the best solution, and possibly save some time or money:

What You Should Know Before Canceling Your Adobe Subscription

Outside of that, we cannot really help further here, as this is primarily a user-to-user forum – so your best bet would be to contact Adobe Customer Care directly as suggested above.

Here is the page on cancellng a trial or subscription:
https://helpx.adobe.com/au/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

You could talk to an Adobe agent about your siuaion and perhaps they can help with a happy resolution.

* Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
* In the chat area (lower right), type AGENT.

* Wait patiently for a real person to start talking and then you can explain your situation.

Wish you the best.
