Cancellation Fees

Hiya, I started the online subscription for a free trial as i needed an e signature for a visa. I ended up using a different website for the signature and have not used adobe. Unfortunately i forgot about the subscription and have gone to cancel is too find a 110 pound cancellation fee. Does anbody know if this can be avoided. if you have not once used thier services. Thank you, Beth

Not using is not the same as cancelling... you have 14 days from the start of a trial to cancel... since you did not cancel, your trial became a one year subscription... now, when you cancel before the end of the year, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time
