Cancellation for Adobe Stock

Hello Everyone, 

So recently I've noticed I was getting charged twice for Adobe Inc and Adobe Stock. I went on my plans and realized I didn't have Adobe Stock on my creative cloud. I did some digging and I realized I had a purchase from Adobe Stock from 2021 for ten images. Still, I'm trying to find out how to cancel Adobe Stock since I'm being charged and I'm not even using it or have access to it. I've been to millions of forums and web pages and nothing seems to resolve this issue. If it's not Adobe Stock they change the name to Adobe Inc or Adobe Creative Cloud. I'm still being charged twice and would like to find a resolution for this without having to cancel my plan altogether.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
