Hi , anyone has the customer service number for Adobe pls ? I'm trying to cancel my membership which I have signed up without reading properly what I'm paying for . I only needed it x a month , now I'm been asked to pay an early cancellation fee of £119 !!! Can someone help pls ????
You had a 14 day grace period in which to cancel the free trial without penalty fees & request a refund. Evidently, you neglected to cancel in time so now you have a 1 year subscription plan.
To avoid paying penalty fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel. Or cancel early and pay a 50% termination fee.
Only Adobe Customer Support can help with billing and account matters. Perhaps you can persuade the agent to waive that fee. But they're not obliged to. NOTE: Due to staff shortages related to omicron, wait times may be longer than normal. So please be patient. Online chat is usually quicker than phone support.
