Cancellation Messaging of 1TB Upgrade is misleading

When (not if) you decide to cancel your Creative Cloud storage you are guided through a path with multiple warnings, and even a 1 month free offer. In particular...

"You no longer have access to your applications, nor most of the services included in your paid plan."

Completely incorrect. You still have access to all of the applications you pay for and use. Just less storage to work with. That message is displayed twice at different points to make the customer think twice. It's just a really shady way to handle the cancellation.

I would gladly pay $9.99 for 1TB of Creative Cloud storage...  IF it worked. If it didn't create conflicts across machines. If I can store a 4K video larger than 20GB for editing. If it reliably sync'ed without me having to constantly check to make sure it's running in the background.

that sounds like a general cancellation warning that is displayed no matter what you're canceling (and assumes you're canceling everything cc).

That sounds like a statement drafted to make the person question that they might be inadvertently canceling something they need. A storage upgrade is not an application.

Maybe it's too much to ask of a company with a $170B market cap, to communicate clearly and not be manipulative in their cancelation process.
