cancellation of my annual subscription
Dear,
for the last 6 months I am trying to cancel my annual subscription with no success as I was being charged a penalty fee. I now try to cancel it as 1 year has past but apparently a new invoice has been sent out and I no longer have the possibility to cancel as long as the invoice is not paied.
I am quit angry, almost furious on this practices, and very dissapointed by this situation.
I want this subscription cancelled and I will not pay for this invoice I didn't ask for and I will definitly NOT PAY for something I don't use anymore.
