Question

Cancellation of my subscription

I am surprise that Adobe is charging me every month without even using the demo software. My fault is that I have given my credit card details to them. When I am trying to cancel it also, it is asking for a hafty ammount for cancellation. Is Adobe ethically so bad? Do you just want to ripoff all of them who even try to create an account in Adobe?

I have sent a mail to the customer care on 22nd February to help on this however they are not bothered to reply me back also. Practices at your end should be more ethical.

    Hi @krishnan5CBA,

Adobe does not provide email support, I am not sure how you landed up the email ID you sent your mail to. Anyhow, don't respond to it even if you get a reply to it. Well, the way it works is that you have to cancel your trial after 7 days else it is upgraded to a subscription and if not canceled within 14 days you get charged a cancellation fee. I would suggest that you contact support and talk to them about your whole circumstances, they might help you with waiving off the cancellation fees.
