Cancellation of plan

Hello! I was charged by Adobe after my trial ended yesterday. I forgot to cancel my trial and I haven’t been using the application ever since I signed up for it. When I go to “Manage plan”, is says

 

“Unable to manage, 

You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.

If you take no action, your plan will be suspended.” How am I able to resolve my issue without my card getting charged for incase I put some money in it?
