Cancellation of Plan did not go through during Trial - Unable to see a "contact support via chat"
Hi all
I signed onto a trial and cancelled my plan within the 7 days. However it appears this did not go through and I have been charged 3 months in a row. I am unable to see a "Contact via Chat" option under my Support menu. I literally have zero support options provided to me where I can talk to someone.
I have used Adobe acrobat zero times since I downloaded. I am seeking to have my plan cancelled with my penalty fees waived as I had already cancelled the plan within the week. Somehow it did not go through.
If I can get an email to liaise with someone or for a support person to contact me ASAP that would be appreciated.
