Cancellation of subscription
Good afternoon Adobe team,
I completed my postgraduate studies in December 2022, and shortly afterwards my university disabled my email account. I was unable to see the auto-renewal email in January 2023 and was therefore unable to cancel the auto-renewal (without a cancellation fee).
Given my circumstances - where my email was disabled and I was unable to cancel the auto-renewal - I'm simply seeking to cancel my subscription at the end of the billing month without a cancellation fee. I'm not seeking a refund for Jan and Feb 23. I have no need to use Adobe pro products anymore.
