Cancellation of Subscription

I want to cancel my Adobe "Premier Pro" subscription because my laptop can't handle the load and I can't use "Premier Pro". But to cancel the subscription I need to pay 142 euros, but I only paid for 1 month of use. Can I cancel my subscription without this penalty?

you're outside the cancellation period (without a fee) by 2 weeks.  ie, you should have canceled as soon as you were aware there were problems.  ntl, you can make your case to adobe support.  they may be sympathetic.

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
