Refunds can only be initiated if the cancellation is done within first 14 days of subscribing(including trial).

Can you please refund me the money because it was just too expensive for me and I already cancelled the subscription.

I have just cancelled my Adobe subscription for the second time after realising an un authorised payment (from the cancelled subscription) has been taken out of my bank account. Can someone please respond regarding a refund. I would also like to understand how that transaction transpired, considering.

I was about to cancel my subscription and then i was charged for the yearly subscription and i only applied for 7 days trial and continued it for a month, please just charge me for a monthly subscription instead of yearly. I've already cancelled the subscription. Thank you
