Cancellation of subscription plan

I started an Adobe Acrobat and Creative pron free trial and attempted to cancel the subscription immediately after the trial ended, but the cancellation option was unavailable. The payment has never been successfully processed because there were insufficient funds. My subscription is now suspended and Adobe is repeatedly attempting to collect the payment.

I want to cancel the subscription completely and have all further payment attempts stopped. Please also confirm that there is no outstanding balance that will be automatically charged if funds become available.

    Hi @magical_dancere54a,

I understand you're looking to cancel your subscriptions, and I can see how this situation may be frustrating.

After checking your account details, I found that you currently have two active subscriptions: Adobe Acrobat and Creative Cloud Pro. Both plans have been active for more than six months and have outstanding payment dues.

Under Adobe's subscription policies, a plan cannot be canceled while there are pending dues on the account. To proceed with cancellation, you'll first need to resolve the outstanding balance. The following article may help:

Retry a failed or missed payment: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html

Once the payment issue is resolved, you can follow the steps in this article to cancel your subscriptions:

Cancel your Adobe trial or subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

Please note that since your plans are on an annual commitment, an early termination fee may apply. You can find more information here:
