CANCELLATION OF SUSCRIPTION

DOES ANYONE HAS AN EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN CANCEL THE SUSCRIPTION....I DOWNLOADED A FREE TRIAL FOR A MONTH.....I DO NOT WANT TO BE CHARGE AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THEIR INFORMATION.

 

SENT AN EMAIL TO Message....adobe.com AND IT SAYS THE INBOX IS FULL

 

PLEASE ADOBE IF YOU READ THIS, CANCELL PLEASE MY INFORMATION

You login to your Adobe Account on the Adobe main website, Adobe.com, and you can cancel whatever subscription you signed up for.

 

Here are the 2 places to Cancel a subscription.

I HAVE BEEN TRYIN THAT......THERE ARE TWO BUTTONS THAT SAYS DESACTIVED AND THAT IS WHAT  I  DID....BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION

You don't deactivate a subscription, you cancel it. Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans. There should be a button or something that will let you cancel your subscription, unless, of course, it has already started. (NB: I don't have a subscription I can cancel so I can't give you a better description here.)

ETA: Adobe NA is on break until after New Years. Note that only an Adobe employee/CSR can help you with billing or subscription issues. Those of us who are ACPs or MVPs are users like yourself; we do not work for Adobe and have no access to Adobe's internal systems.
