Cancellation process intentially impossible

I cannot believe that it is this difficult to cancel a plan on here. 
Every single post is littered with absolutely stupid comments redirecting to the same menus, this is proper theft. 
I really hope someone has the time and energy to sue this company.

Well yes, I did face issues, and from my research in the forums is seems the issues are well known, and that Adobe is more than happy to pocket the money paid by people who are unable to cancel their subscriptions.
The replies in all similar posts, make no acknowledgement of the recurring issue, and offer frankly stupid solutions, like copy-pasting the links to a page that does not work.
For me it seems that this is fully deliberate, and thus, I would not every again even attempt a free trial at Adobe.
Truly disgusting business practices, taking advantage of people, that do not have the skills or the time to navigate a purposefully difficult environment.
The company should be ashamed.
