Cancellation refund on compassionate grounds please

Hello,

 

I’m a little past the 14 days limit to request for refund for the purchase after free trial.. can I please still refund and cancel my subscription? I’ve had such a full on month with my own surgeries and my son in hospital (I can send hospital documents) that I just completely forgot to cancel. We also can’t afford to pay a subscription we’ll never use. It was to trial for a friend’s wedding photos. It would be greatly appreciated if it could be cancel and refund, with no extra charge. It’s been a stressful few weeks.
