Cancellation Request: Free Trial
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my “Annual plan, paid monthly” subscription. I started a 7-day free trial about 9 days ago (May 4), but unfortunately, I missed the window to cancel before it expired.
I noticed an automatic charge was recently attempted but declined due to insufficient funds hence the billing issue. Because the payment hasn't cleared, my account settings currently will not allow me to cancel the plan myself.
I have not used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Because I am still within the first 14 days of my initial sign-up, I kindly request your assistance with the following:

Canceling the subscription immediately so no further payment attempts are made.

Waiving any cancellation fees, as I have not used the service and am within the standard 14-day cancellation/refund window.
No refunds needed, just cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and help in resolving this without incurring charges. Thank you for your time!
